54 year old patient

The patient had recurrent neck pain for 10+ years, which was aggravated with right upper limb numbness and pain for 20+ days.

History of present illness:

The patient had no apparent cause more than 10 years ago. He had neck pain, no dizziness, but headache and radiating pain in both upper extremities. When walking, he has a girdle feeling.

He was diagnosed and treated at a local hospital more than 20 days ago. There was no obvious incentive for neck pain, accompanied by numbness and pain in the right upper limb, radiating to the end of the right finger, and the feeling of stepping on cotton when walking with the right foot.
