Some indications :
old burn wounds,
Severe back burns, blast injuries
Chronic ulcer of hands and feet
diabetic foot ulcer
decubitus ulcer
Wound repair after cut-off
Lower limb, hand, arm amputation
Wound repair after radical mastectomy for breast cancer
There are also contraindications to treatment:
The dressing should not come into direct contact with exposed blood vessels, organs and nerves
malignant tumor
Wounds without debridement
Patients with severe coagulation disorders
